Fitness Update: Weeks 5-6

Weeks 5 and 6 of my fitness updates ~ I fell behind just a bit with exams and projects, but I bounced back right afterwards!

WEEKS 5-6 | November 12 – 25, 2019

This is the circuit I did the past two weeks:

WEEK 3 | November 18, 2019

I had a big test on the 19th and I had to focus on studying for that, so I missed a couple of workouts. Not upset about it! Just happy that I didn’t completely stop working out.

CORE + RESISTANCE: I did an OKAY job of keeping up with the workouts this week. I did two out of three days, but that’s not so bad. CARDIO: I only managed one cardio day for the entire week. ROCK CLIMBING: I went rock climbing two days! Even did that core + resistance workout at the climbing gym

WEEK 4 | November 25, 2019

CORE + RESISTANCE: Did the workout three days this week. It was surprisingly a pretty intense workout. I enjoyed the new core routine! CARDIO: Same as the previous week – only one cardio day! Definitely starting to see that it’s hard to lose that weight without the cardio. Planning on really ramping it up after final exams! ROCK CLIMBING: Went rock climbing three times this week!
